Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah at 3 Executive Boulevard, Suffern, New York.

The Crowne Plaza is located right off Exit 14B on the Thruway. The employees are all very helpful! The hotel is very clean. The rooms have a safe, a mini fridge and a coffee maker in them. The beds are comfortable if a bit on the hard side (for me). We had an issue with the heat in our room (didn't work). They sent a man up within 5 mins, he said they had to fix something, and within another five minutes had us settled in another room. The service was really excellent, and FAST! They have a restaurant and a bar, and a beautiful living wall water feature in the atrium. I could not hear any outside traffic in the hotel at all, which I was pleasantly surprised by. It seems they have many conference rooms available, and events happening, but I couldn't hear a thing, which made me quite happy. This place is clean, neat, easily accessible, very reasonably priced, has ample parking, and it's staffed with fantastic employees.
