Dr. Evelyn R. Wassermann, MD at 255 Lafayette Avenue, Suffern, New York.

I m a 48 yo gay male patient of Dr. Wassermann. For many years now. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder.Over 15 years ago. I was diagnosed with major depression, and have had many suicide attempts since I was 11 yo. My parents refused to accept my disease, and suggestions from many psychiatrists over many years of my young life. I suffered in silence for many years.
Fast forward, as soon as i could break away from my family and seek psychiatric help. I have been on numerous cocktails of meds from Dr's in the tri - state area. Numerous hospitalizations. Straight to the point. No one, and nothing helped my state of mind.
The day I met Dr .Wassermann, was the day my life began. I kid u not. This women who is a miracle worker saved my life. She continues to keep me sane, and I live a wonderful, full , happy, sober life. She loves what she does, and she is one of the BEST Dr's in the country. As long as i live i do not think I could ever repay her kindness, and her generosity with her expertise.
